Q. How long after placing the order will it be despatched ?
A. Our aim is to despatch every order the same day, it is therefore important you check the delivery
address on your receipt you receive and if there are any errors, please notify us by email or voicemail
immediately so that we can amend your order prior to shipping.
Q. How long will the order take to be delivered?
A. 95% of our orders are received within 5 days but very occasionally, due to the volume of shipments
we make, parcels do not reach their destination as quickly as we would like. We are solely reliant on the
US postal service. If the order is not received within 28 days, then you need to let us know by email,
quoting your name and order number.
Q. Can we give veterinary advice ?
A. Unfortunately not, as we are not trained veterinarians. Questions of a veterinary nature should be
directed to your local veterinarian.
Q. Can we ship to Canada and the UK ?
A. Unfortunately not, the products available on our web site are “Prescription Only Medicines” in these
countries and can only be purchased through your veterinarian.
Q. Do we have a catalog ?
A. No, you will find everything you need on our full range of flea medication products on our web site.
Q. What method of payment can I use ?
A. We accept Visa and MasterCard payments only as we do not have the facility to accept Discovery or
American Express cards.
Q. Can orders be placed over the telephone or by fax.
A. Unfortunately not, we are an internet based company and payment can only be made through
WorldPay so we can only accept orders placed via our web site.
Q. Do I need to use a flea control product all year round?
A. It is recommended that you apply flea control products all year round. In cold
climates flea larvae and unhatched eggs can lie dormant for several years, depending on
environmental conditions. In houses with central heating, however, they can become active
again during the winter.
Q. What if I order the wrong product?
A. If you realise straight away that you have ordered the wrong product, send us an email
immediately and we can correct the error. If the order has been despatched then unfortunately
as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, shown on the web site, we are not able to accept any
returns or give refunds.
Q. Is it safe to give my credit card details ?
A. Yes, your credit card details are given to WorldPay, a secure merchant. They forward to us a
receipt for the payment, but do not provide us with any details relating to your credit card.
Q. Are the products shipped similar or the same as the products we get in the US?
A. Yes, all our products are from the same manufacturer as the ones you receive from your local vet,
although the packaging may vary.
Q. I have too many items in my shopping cart – how do I change it?
A. Click on “View Basket” and when the screen appears giving you the option to remove items you
can make the changes you need to the quantities or items showing.
Q. I haven’t purchased from you before, how do I know you are reliable ?
A. We have been trading on line for 4 years. We process 1000’s of orders every month and have many
